For legal review. The operative rules below describe how the service actually behaves. Governing law, jurisdiction, liability limits and consumer-law carve-outs are marked and must be completed by a qualified professional before launch.

The account

One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
You must give a working email address; we use it for security notices.
Keep your password to yourself. If you think it leaked, change it — that signs out every other session and unlinks every game installation.

Nicknames

Nicknames are public. They must not impersonate another player or member of staff, must not be offensive, and must not be reserved names. We may change or reclaim a nickname that breaks these rules, and we keep a history of nicknames for moderation purposes.

Fair play

Do not modify the game to submit times you did not drive.
Do not call our API with anything other than the official client, and do not attempt to forge race sessions or results.
Results that fail validation are rejected. Results that look implausible are held for review.
Repeated attempts to submit false results can lead to suspension.

Moderation

We may suspend an account, remove a record, or reset a nickname when these terms are broken. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why. You can contact massimo@eordea.it about any decision.

The service itself

TrackRage is under development. Features may change, leaderboards may be reset between seasons, and the service is provided as it is at any given moment. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
